(1) Charlotte Grace Margaret Green (born 17 February 1986 in Norfolk), known as Charlie Green, is a British-based English vocalist and musician. She began playing the piano when she was 9 and the tenor saxophone when she was 16. She was offered an unconditional offer at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge as a saxophonist in 2004. She began her career in music shortly after graduating in 2007 and worked on a cruise ship in the Caribbean and much of Central America. She then lived in Cyprus for a year and a half singing in numerous hotels in and around Paphos. It was there that she met song-writer and producer Richard Beadle, whilst he was on holiday at one of the hotels she played in. He started writing songs for her that told her to come back to the UK and make something of herself, so in the winter of 2009 she did and Richard has continued writing songs for Charlie ever since. They released her debut EP on the 8th August 2011, and hope to have the album finished by the beginning of 2012.
