Eat More Cake are a DJ/Production/Songwriting collective from Harrow in North-west London, whose sound incorporates elements of Dance, Chill-out and Hip-hop. Having received worldwide radio support and critical acclaim for their remix of Stardust’s “Music Sounds Better With You” and their genre-mashing debut EP “Climb The Ladder, Live The Dream”, the group have been hard at work in the studio cooking up a feast of new ideas and plotting their gradual, but inevitable, rise to world domination.
With radio plays on Radio 1, Kiss Fm, Xfm, BBC 6Music, Ministry of Sound radio, BFBS, KCRW and many more stations around the world, it seems the big time beckons. Their new single "Always Be Running" is out on Grin recordings on June 1st.
The Eat More Cake LIVE show is a non-stop hands in the air dance experience, with live vocals, synths and percussion bringing the mix of EMC originals and remixes firmly to life. They have performed at legendary venues such as Camden Barfly, Hatfield Forum, Proud Galleries, ICA and festivals including Glade and FIV festival, Spain.
The EMC crew are also accomplished DJs, with a residency at The W Hotel, London - They have played at Gatecrasher, Pacha and many more clubs and bars in the UK and Ibiza as well as private parties for Channel 4, Arsenal F.C. and Google Read more on Last.fm.
