Artist bio

Born in the small coastal town of Angourie, Australia, Ry grew up with a surfboard under one arm and his Dad’s record collection under the other. He quickly developed a love for many different styles of music from Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder to The Beatles and The Police. His voracious appetite for music grew while his wide and varied tastes began to mold the sound and style that is uniquely Ry Cuming.

RY X (Australia) was the first signed artist to the Dumont Dumont, a Stockholm based record label.

Now based in LA, his Berlin EP was released both as 12" vinyl and digital on August 28 2013. His debut album Dawn was released on 6th May 2016. Although he had previously released a self titled album under his real name Ry Cuming.
