On “Love Sick,“ it’s likely that Trippie Redd is asking his significant other to forgive him for a mistake he made. She leaves after he says hurtful things, and he begs for her to come back. However, based on the track title, he could possibly be alluding to his significant other leaving; and him asking her to forget that he ever said “I love you.“ He wants the memories to be gone and for them to move on.
